Our white brigade led by Chefs Tim Bood & Hette Hettema will take you through the products the season has to offer, which they will craft into the finest dishes for you. The classic, yet contemporary style of our kitchen blends seamlessly with the grandeur of this national monument. Enjoy a 5 or 7 course Chef’s Menu, or choose your own selection from our versatile á la carte dishes.
We are proud to share that we have been included in the Michelin Guide 2024 and rated with one Michelin star.
Our wine list shows you all the “corners” of the world with over 1,750 wines. Does the choice make you dizzy? Our black brigade led by SVH Master Host Joey de Kruijf will gladly guide you in finding the wine that will stay with you for a long time. Recently, our wine list was rated by Gault & Millau 2023 as wine list of the year .
The international organization WineSpectator has given us an award called; Best of Award of Excellence 2024. Of course, we are very proud of this and are happy to take you through all the wonderful things that can be found on our wine list.
